Tools, molds dies and matrices are a part in the development of a product. Over the more than 40 years in this activity, D&D Enterprises acquired extensive expertise in design and construction of tooling. Our toolmaker workshop produced tooling for large and complex industries such as aeronautics, automotive, household appliances and others.

A few years ago we decided to terminate the activities of manufacturing, to devote ourselves exclusively to consulting, design and technical direction in this area.

But, years of experience in machining and tooling manufacturing, represent huge wealth of knowledge, which is essential for a new project to be successful.

The photos shown in the above sequence are most examples of tooling or product of great difficulty, whether in design or tooling execution or of the product itself, some were declared impossible by other experts, but in We did it!

When we start a new project, make an assessment of the knowledge needed for his implementation. We seek to upgrade our expertises on these questions or seek in our professional relationship expert to help us or collaborate in the project. We have a knowledge network that integrates universities, technical schools and companies in the sector, including research and development laboratories.

To relearn, refresh or researching new knowledge and technologies that can be applied to the improvement of the product, is to find the means to accomplish what seems impossible or very difficult.

Although we did not own manufacturing workshop today, we have a network of partner workshops with different specialties, which together cover all needs, such as CNC machining, penetration and wire electro erosion, special welds, welding, gear experts, polishing and lapping and now the new 3D printing technologies, including to create metal parts or molds prototypes.

But these are only options of our customers,  our part is to provide complete, detailed design, with the technical direction and follow-up. Our projects can be executed by any workshop with technical capacity and adequate facilities. We have the Know-how.

Some clients have own workshop and perform our projects internally. We give full support to this.
